b. The User must not copy, modify, distribute, or decompile the application without the prior written consent of the Provider.

3. Liability:

a. The User bears full responsibility for their actions and use of the application.

b. The Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the application.

a. The User agrees that the Provider may collect, store, and process their personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and principles of personal data protection.

b. The Provider ensures adequate measures to protect the User's personal data.

5. Cancellation and Termination

a. The User may terminate their use of the application at any time.

b. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the provision of the application to the User if they violate these Terms.

6. Final Provisions:

a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Provider regarding the use of the application and replace all previous oral or written agreements.

b. Any changes or additions to these Terms must be expressed in writing and signed by representatives of both parties.

c. If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain fully valid and enforceable.

d. In the event of any dispute between the User and the Provider concerning these Terms, the parties will seek to resolve it through alternative dispute resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be settled in the competent court within the jurisdiction where the Provider is based.
